1. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags still on.
2. The item(s) cannot be purchased from the Last Chance section. All clearance merchandise is a final sale.
If your item(s) meet the above requirements request your return through our Return Portal. You will get a return authorization and shipping instructions via e-mail.
To ensure that you receive timely communication from us for all returns, exchanges, shipping issues, and more, please make sure to add assistance@merrymanor.shop to your contacts. Many times our emails end up in junk/spam folders or are deleted accidently.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will not include your original shipping costs.
Shipping Damage
Once an order leaves our warehouse we cannot be responsible for actions that cause damages, loss, or theft during delivery. Because we want you to enjoy shopping with us, we are here for you even after the purchase. Below we outline the process for most things that can occur during shipping and how we handle them. Our shop will do what we can to make things right within controllable circumstances.
The best and simplest way to make certain your package is protected is through shipping insurance. It protects against damaged products, lost shipments, and even theft. To insure your package during shipping, we offer shipping insurance through Guide Insurance. You may elect this coverage for a small additional fee during checkout. The insurance company will replace damaged items when possible or refund costs for damaged, missing, or stolen packages. If you have a claim for Guide Insurance you can request help here Guide Insurance Portal.
If you do not have Guide Insurance then we will work with you to rectify any issue, however we cannot guarantee a specific result. Please follow the steps below that fit your situation:
Missing package: Every shipment we send has a tracking number that you can find in your shipping confirmation email. If the delivery date has passed and your package was not received, please notify us via email at assistance@merrymanor.shop. We will contact the carrier to research the delivery, but please note that many times this situation means that your package was stolen. Theft after delivery is unfortunately increasing and Package Carriers have several ways to help limit the possibility of theft like scheduled delivery times, signature required deliveries, and deliveries to manned locations in your area. We suggest Guide Insurance for simple protection, or using the available services from your assigned package carrier to ensure the security of your delivery. Possible outcomes include replacement of your order, partial/full refunds, or no replacement/refund.
Damaged products: We will work with you when items arrive damaged. Follow these steps to report damaged goods within 14 days of arrival:
Clearance and Last Chance items are a final sale and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Once we receive your item(s) we will verify that they meet the refund policy. We will send you a confirmation e-mail so that you know we have your package.
Refund of payment will be applied to the same method you used to purchase your items. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of package approval. Please remember that payments may not appear in your account for 2-5 business days depending upon your card and bank processing times.
If, for some reason, your return package is not approved, we will contact you via e-mail with the reason and return your item(s) to you.
It is very difficult to determine if an online item is just the right color or size. We will be happy to make an exchange for items that just don’t work out when you see them in person, as long as it is within 30 days of receipt and meet the requirements for a regular return. Just contact through our Return Portal and let’s see what we can do to find that perfect thing for you.
