Shipping Difficulties

The pandemic brought sooo many struggles for everyone, but a ray of hope came along this year and we started returning to things we haven't done for a while. With that blossoming of life Covid reminded us all that it was still in charge. While January was exciting for us as we chose all of our new products, June became a fiery mess when all of our vendors started reporting massive shipping delays and issues. With those messages we also got informed that our prices were being raised, or an additional shipping surcharge of 3% to 15% would be added to our bill, or both. Perfect!

The international shipping arena is not the only ones with rate hikes. All of the national delivery companies have raised their shipping rates for 2021. Which means higher costs to get it here and more expense to get it to you. For us, that is some of the worst possible news. We focus on making your experience easy and fun. Free shipping is part of that process.

Unfortunately, with all of these additional costs to us, we are going to have to share some of it with you. I know, I am horrified too. We absolutely hate this, but we have to do this to stay in business. We have decided to shoulder as much of this extra cost as possible and implement a simple $3.00 flat rate for shipping this year. When possible, we will bring back free shipping. We apologize for the change, but it is an unfortunate circumstance that should not last forever.
