We are Back!

We are thrilled to be back in action. Your experience in our shop is a crucial focus for us. After last year we assessed how our online store, policies, and communication performed. That lead to some significant changes in how we do business.

The first thing was we had to have a better website. It needed to be more inviting, easier to use, and more informative. It was hard work, but we did it, and we think you will love it. Now when you are shopping, you can sort ornaments by color, shape, size, and more. We increased the number of collections and made them all more significant, allowing you to tailor the decor to your style. We have also added new brands, including one of the leaders in European traditional blown-glass ornaments - Inge-Glas. We intend to fill it with new ideas and helpful decorating tricks.

Next, we decided to tackle getting your order out more efficiently. We moved to free shipping in the continental US so you can shop knowing that there won't be surprises when you get to the check-out. We have made our warehouse more efficient, thereby reducing the time from order to carrier handoff. Our goal is to get shipments to the delivery company in less than 24 hours.

Finally, we realized that we did not offer our friends the correct options to stay in touch with us. This world is social now, and we weren't part of the conversation. Now you can find us on your favorite platform. We hate getting sales e-mails every day from the same companies. Either they are desperate or don't care about communicating with us; they just want our money. I bet you feel the same.
