Here at Merry Manor, we believe in Christmas Magic. Your shopping experience should be lots of fun, and you should love the products you purchase. Here are our beliefs about pricing, sales, and rewards:

  1. Pricing should be honest. We mark up our products with the cost of business and a bit of profit. Most retailers mark up the product 200% or more to sell it at low discount prices each week.
  2. Sales should have a reason. You should get the best price every day of the week. Shop when you want, how you want, not on an arbitrary timeline meant to make you buy so you won't miss the lower price.
  3. Rewards should be automatic to earn and easy to use. Most retailers give rewards with harsh rules and exclusions, or you have to spend a lot to get a small reward. Points, bucks, and other rewards draw you to buy more instead of recognizing your loyalty.

We don't believe in pricing games and dictating when to use rewards to keep you returning each week. Instead, each product has an everyday price that you can count on, no matter when you shop. So when you see a sale price on our website, it means something important. Whether an item of the week, discontinued items, or last chance items, our sale prices have a purpose. 

When we have sales, the discount is usually not as substantial as most other retailers. This is because it lowers our profit. Since we don't have a considerable mark-up, we cannot offer huge discounts. Remember, we strive to provide the best price every day. Our sales purpose is to help move products out to customers, so we have space in the warehouse for new items. If you purchase from us and your item goes on sale within 14 days of your order, we will refund you the price difference. 

Sales and Discount Policies

Eligibility- Public sales are available to everyone. Loyalty sales are available to specific people based upon the individual rules of the sales event. 

Price Guarantee- If you find that an item has gone on sale within 14 days of your order, you may receive a refund of the price difference. Email assistance@merrymanor.shop with the item name and your order number. After reviewing the offer, a credit will be issued to the same card used for your purchase.

Multiple Discounts-

  • Order Discounts: Only one discount may be applied to each order. If you use a discount code, then no other discount offers can be applied to your purchase.
  • Product Discounts: Bundled products do not count as an order discount. Each bundle offer has rules for the number of times you can receive the bundle discount. 
  • Rewards Points: All orders may combine rewards points with a bundle or discount code. These points reduce the overall cost of the order, but are not considered a discount code.
