---- If an item isn't the right color or size, can I exchange or return it?

Yes we accept exchanges and returns. Items that are returned to us must be  unused, in its' original condition, with the tags still on, and in its' original packaging. Go to our Return Center to request a return shipping label.

----What do I do if an item arrives broken?

If you purchased Guide shipping protection, then file a claim here. If you did not purchase shipping protection, you can request a return in our Return Center and use the reason damaged in shipping, upload a picture, and we will either replace the item or refund your purchase based upon the product's availability.

----How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Visit our Rewards Program sign-up portal here. Enter your email to get started. Anytime you want to check your points balance just click on the rewards button on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
