Shipping Days

Our business is small, and we try to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment. We ship Monday through Friday, as those are the days our carriers do pick-up. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order is ready to go out to the carrier. Please add assistance@merrymanor.shop to your contacts so that our emails don't wind up in spam.

Product Protection 

Many of our products are fragile, so how do we keep your products safe while they travel to you? We add several different layers for most products that may need extra cushion for safety. Generally, there is a paper layer, a bubble wrap layer, and a box covering most ornaments. This first step helps stabilize the item. Then the shipping box is lined with additional bubble wrap to protect the entire order. Items that are made of sturdier materials may only receive a single supportive layer in their box. Sturdy items like light strings or ribbon will be properly protected by the bubble wrap in the shipping box, so they will not have the first layer protections. The shipping box is then filled with packing materials to fill the container, allowing the items inside to travel without being jostled around during shipping. We have found these steps work pretty well.

A word about the layers of protection on your ornaments: After delivery, it is not necessary to keep all of the packaging that comes inside your storage box. Feel free to keep only the pieces you need for safe storage.
