We want you to be happy with your purchase. But we understand that things might not work out. We offer a 30-day return policy for items you buy from us. We want to make things easy, so we only have a few qualifications:
1. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags still on.
2. The item(s) cannot be purchased from the clearance area.
If your item(s) meet the above requirements request your return here. You will get a return authorization and shipping instructions via e-mail.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will not include your original shipping costs.
Shipping Damage
If an item is damaged during shipping just let us know here. If possible, include a picture of the item(s). We will work with you to replace your item(s).
Clearance items
Clearance items are a final sale and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Getting Your Money Back
Once we receive your item(s) we will verify that they meet the refund policy. We will send you a confirmation e-mail so that you know we have your package.
A refund of your payment will be applied to the same method you used to purchase your items. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of package approval. Please remember that payments may not appear in your account for 2-5 business days depending upon your card and bank processing times.
If for some reason, your return package is not approved, we will contact you via e-mail with the reason and return your item(s) to you.
Exchanges
It is very difficult to determine if an online item is just the right color or size. We will be happy to make an exchange for items that just don’t work out when you see them in person, as long as it is within 30 days of receipt. Just contact us here and let’s see what we can do to find that perfect thing for you.
Late or missing refunds
If you received a notice from us that your refund payment has been processed and it has not arrived after 6 business days, please check with the company that issued your method of payment first. If they are unable to resolve the issue let us know here so that we can try to assist you.
At this time Merry Manor can only ship to addresses in the continental United States. If you live outside this region you can contact us here to see if your location can be added.
